Conseil Equilibrio Inc. is a federally incorporated business with two owners:

Kerstin Petersson lives in Wakefield Québec and is the owner of River Echo Language School . The school recently celebrated its tenth anniversary of superior language learning services including international visitors of all ages on Language Holidays or Intensive Study Courses, or local language training for Québec businesses, Federal Government employees, and individual enthusiasts. Kerstin is Equilibrio’s stalwart managing director.

Wahl lives in Sechelt British Columbia and runs Wahl Creative Services. He provides Equilibrio with technical project management – happy customers include Environment Canada, Industry Canada and Mines Action Canada. Wahl is an accomplished musician, audio technician and song writer.

The Québec Learners Network: Distance Learning including technology evaluation, teaching strategies and community capacity building to support life long learning.

Rooney Productions: Media and Communications including documentaries, special events and concerts, television programs, theatre directions and communications strategies.

Theatre Wakefield: Theatre for Community Development including history animation, political theatre, international Fringe Festival management, and training of community activists.

Peter Gillies Development: Currently residing in Afghanistan and working with UNHabitat on literacy and livelihood, Peter undertakes assignments in project management, assessment and evaluation, and appropriate technology applications for development.
